How can I leave a review after a trip? Updated January 17, 2023 15:33 At the end of the trip, during the closeout process, both hosts and guests can leave a review about their experience. Reviews for hosts Hosts will be able to give an overall rating about the guest as well as add a public review for the guest. Once the booking is completed, that review will be visible on the guest's profile. Reviews for guests Guests will be able to give a rating for 4 categories: Accuracy: Guests will compare the listing photos and description with the actual RV they rented. Value: Guests will rate if the overall RV rental was worth the amount they paid. Cleanliness: Guests will rate if the RV's cleanliness was up to standard. Communication: The guest will rate if the communication with the host was clear and prompt. After rating the 4 categories, guests will have the ability to add an optional private message to the host regarding their rating. This will give them the chance to communicate about any issues they prefer to keep out of the public review. They will also leave a public review that will be visible on the RV listing page. Guests will not be able to leave a review if they open a dispute. Where can I find my reviews? Reviews left by guests will be visible at the bottom of the RV listing page. The overall listing rating represents the average of each guest's review. It will be visible on the listing card shown in the search results as well as on the RV listing page. The overall categories section will also have the average ratings left by all the guests The review rating per guest represents the average of the 4 categories rated by that guest. Reviews left by hosts can be found on your profile page. To access them, head to My RVezy > Profile and click on View Profile on the left-hand side. This will bring you to your profile page where you will be able to see past reviews left by hosts.
