As a host, your acceptance rate measures the percentage of booking requests you’ve accepted. This will be visible in your host dashboard on the RVezy app, but unlike your response rate, isn’t public on your listing.
How does it work?
Your acceptance rate is based on the last 15 eligible booking requests you’ve received (certain cases are excluded from your score and are explained below). Simply put, you want to accept new requests to maintain a high acceptance rate.
What if I haven’t received 15 booking requests?
If you’ve received 4 or less booking requests, your acceptance rate will default to 100%. Once you receive a 5th request, your acceptance rate will be updated to reflect how many of these 5 requests you accepted.
What counts as an acceptance?
An acceptance is one of the following actions:
- You accept a normal booking request;
- You receive an Instant Booking;
- You send a special offer in response to a booking request or an inquiry.
Which booking requests are excluded from the acceptance rate?
There are a few types of requests that won’t impact your acceptance rate.
If a booking is automatically declined because you accepted another request with overlapping dates, or if a booking is declined by the guest before you have a chance to accept, that won’t affect your acceptance rate.
If a guest sends you an inquiry and you don’t action it, that won’t affect your acceptance rate.
EZYmatch results are also excluded from the acceptance rate.
