As a guest, there are many benefits to using the RVezy app. You can easily communicate with the host and receive all notifications directly on your screen. On the start and end date of your trip, the app is also used to complete the departure and return inspections. In the unfortunate case that the RV may break down, you can retrieve the phone number of our roadside assistance provider right from the booking documents on your phone.
Our Help Center is also easily accessible via the RVezy app so you can find the answer to all of your questions on the go.
For hosts
Managing your RV rentals has just gotten easier with the RVezy app. As a host, you’ll have multiple resources at your fingertips: conveniently manage your bookings, access your RV calendar, receive instant notifications when booking requests have been sent, and quickly accept or decline them. Furthermore, you can rapidly verify your account, view payouts from each booking, and update your banking information. You can also update your listing, upload new pictures of your RV or modify any of the specifications.
There are a few necessary steps to complete a booking, and every one of them can be completed using the app, such as the rental agreement and the departure and return inspections available on the start and end date of the trip. The pictures of your RV required during the inspection can be taken directly on the app. Booking documents are also easily accessible on the app.
You can download the RVezy app for free on Android and Apple devices. You will find the Android app in the Google Play store and the Apple app in the App Store.
We suggest turning on the auto-update feature from your phone settings to ensure your app will always be up to date with the latest features and bug fixes.
