Here's how you can access your calendar:

• On the App: Simply tap the calendar icon located on the bottom navigation bar to open your calendar.
• On the Web: Click on the calendar tab to access your calendar directly from the website.

If you have multiple RVs listed on the platform, make sure to select each RV individually to view its specific calendar. This will help you manage bookings and availability efficiently for each vehicle.

Color Coding and Symbols

The RV calendar uses color coding and symbols to indicate the status of each date:

• Dark blue: Current date
• Solid grey: Past dates
• White: Available dates for guests to book
• Green band: RVezy confirmed booking
• Blue or orange band: Confirmed booking synced from another platform
• Stiped grey: Unavailable dates as defined by your availability settings
• Yellow with a special symbol: Unavailable dates - see below for details

Managing specific dates

After setting up your calendar availability, you can fine-tune your calendar by customizing specific dates.
To do so, you can select a date or a date range to apply additional changes. Once the dates are selected, a bottom sheet will appear where you can:

• Set available dates to unavailable
• Set unavailable dates to available
• Customize the rate

Note that if dates are unavailable due to the Rental season, Notice period, Availability window, or Preparation time, they will have to be managed through those tools.

It's essential to regularly check and update your calendar to reflect any changes in your availability, such as being out of town or deciding to use the RV yourself. After declining a booking or if you let a booking expire, make sure to verify that the automatically blocked dates are indeed unavailable. This helps prevent missed rental opportunities and ensures your calendar accurately represents your availability.

Adjusting your pricing strategy can significantly impact your rental income. The calendar allows you to set custom prices for specific dates to maximize your earnings.

When selecting a date or à date range, you can adjust pricing to be higher or lower than the listed rate. This is especially useful for busy weekends (e.g., Canada Day, Fourth of July) or off-season days.
