As an RV host on RVezy, you can tailor your listing’s rates to attract more guests, including setting discounts, customizing rates, and sending special offers to your guests. Imagine the thrill of seeing your RV booked for longer periods, thanks to strategic pricing!
Weekly and Monthly Discounts
During the listing process, you can set weekly and monthly discounts to encourage longer rentals. These discounts automatically apply when a guest books your RV for 7 nights or more (weekly discount) or 28 nights or more (monthly discount). It's a fantastic way to keep your RV in demand and your calendar full!
Midweek Discounts
Want to spice things up even more? Consider offering a midweek discount to entice guests to book during those quieter days. This can be a great strategy to fill gaps in your calendar and keep your RV on the road.
The discount will apply to any booking occurring Monday through Friday within the same week. If a guest adds a Friday night or a Sunday night, the discount will no longer apply.
Editing Discounts
You can edit the discounts on your listing at any time based on the demand, but remember, these edits will not affect bookings you have already received.
To edit your discount rates:
- Click “edit” on your listing
- Select the “Pricing” tab
- Scroll to the “Discounts” section and manually edit the percentage
Special Pricing for Specific Dates
In your RV calendar, you can set special pricing for specific dates or date ranges. For example, you may want to increase prices for long weekends or during popular events in your area. On the other hand, you may reduce prices for less popular periods or during low tourism seasons.
To edit specific dates:
- Go to your calendar
- Click the first and last date you would like to edit
- Input the custom nightly rate and save
Special Offers
You can also customize the prices on a booking by sending a special offer to your guest. This allows you to offer them unique pricing or discounts different from those set in your listing, adding a personal touch that can seal the deal.
