How can I add or remove roadside assistance from my booking? Updated December 10, 2021 18:02 RVezy's roadside assistance is selected by default for every new booking request, however, this can be removed by the renter at any time up until 24 hours before the start of their trip. Before sending your booking request On the very last step of the booking request process, you will be able to remove the roadside assistance coverage should you wish to do so. Simply switch the toggle off and the roadside assistance will be removed. Your total invoice will be updated to reflect the new cost without roadside assistance. After sending your booking request If you would like to change your roadside assistance selection after sending your booking request, you can do so by using the Edit Booking function. Head to your booking details page by going to My RVezy > My Trips and selecting your booking. From there, on the left-hand side, you will be able to click on the Edit Booking button. A window will pop up and give you the option to edit either your trip dates or your guests, protections, & add-ons. Click on Change beside Guests, Add-ons & Protections. There, you'll be able to select or remove roadside assistance by clicking on the checkbox. Then, click on Review Changes. You'll be presented with a revised invoice which will reflect the changes you've made to your booking, including your old and new invoice total. After clicking on Submit, the change will take effect and any refund or additional charge necessary will be processed. After your trip has started Once your trip has started, you will no longer be able to select or remove roadside assistance from your booking.
