Roadside assistance will not cover any incident where the RV is still drivable, and will only apply when the RV is stranded and can’t be operated to continue to its destination or a garage.
If roadside is called and it is concluded that a towing truck was not necessary, the renter will have to be responsible for the towing expenses.
Other situations where RVezy roadside assistance does not apply:
- In case of a flat tire: For a motorized RV, roadside will only cover the cost of a technician replacing the tire however it will not cover the cost of the tire itself. For a trailer, roadside will cover the cost of a technician replacing the tire as well as the cost of the 1st tire only.
- Roadside also does not cover windshield fixes or repairs.
- RVezy roadside does not cover accommodation or cab fare over the noted amounts and does not cover any alternate arrangements that might need to be made such as rental cars, trains, etc.
- In case the renter is driving through any of the prohibited travel areas mentioned in the bottom section of the Terms of Service.
