Yes, you can choose to opt out of RVezy’s insurance. If this is the case then you will be responsible for having your RV properly insured as well as checking the renter's driver license when they arrive to collect your RV. Additionally, in case of damages or other charges the maximum amount you can claim is the security deposit collected from the renter.
Any bookings requests that were sent to you when you were opted out of insurance will not be covered by RVezy, even if you later opt back in.
The same goes in the other direction, if you had opted in our insurance and decide to opt out, any booking made prior to this, will still be covered by our insurance.
If your RV is insured through RVezy, the service fee is 15%. If you decide to opt out of the RVezy insurance product, the service fee is 10%.
