Yes! Completing the inspection and taking photos of the RV at the beginning and end of every rental is mandatory as per section 3.4 of the Terms of Service.
Completing the inspection and walkthrough of the RV is equally the owner's responsibility as much as it is the renter's. Documenting the condition of the RV is important, as it can be used to protect yourself in the event of a dispute or claim.
The form should also be filled out and signed by both the owner and the renter at the end of the trip.
The inspection form provided by RVezy on your App 24 hours before the start of the trip must be completed to have proper documentation of the state of the RV before it goes out.
This inspection is mandatory and crucial as at the return of the RV as well; any extra charges that might be added like mileage, propane usage, late fees, damages etc., as well as the submission of a claim or dispute at the end of the rental, will be based on the information provided.
*Make sure that the rental agreement has been signed. If the rental agreement has not been completed, access will not be granted to the digital inspection form. in the event the forms are not completed, any dispute or claims to arise from a booking may be denied.
