In this case, the host should try all possible solutions to fix the RV in time for the rental. If they are not able to fix the RV in time, the host will have to cancel the booking to provide the guest with a full refund. The host should also inform RVezy of the issue as soon as possible so we can help the guest find another RV for their trip.
