In this case, the owner should try all possible solutions to fix the RV in time for the rental. If they are not able to fix the RV in time, the owner will have to cancel the booking to provide the renter with a full refund. The owner should also inform RVezy of the issue as soon as possible so we can help the renter find another RV for their trip.
