Completing the return checklist is not the final stage of the rental process, as the owner and renter both need to officially close the booking on the website.
Closing the booking on the site allows the owner to enter closeout charges, offer refunds, open a claim or to confirm the rental went well with no issues. The owner also has the possibility to leave a review for the rental.
As soon as the owner closes the booking on the website, the renter will be prompted to do the same. The renter will have the chance to review the additional charges or refunds offered (if there are any) and to confirm the rental went well with no issues. The renter can also leave a review for the owner.
If the renter does not agree with the additional charges, he/ she has the opportunity to communicate with the owner to resolve the dispute or involve RVezy for assistance. If the renter is not satisfied with the rental, he/she has the possibility to open a dispute.
