If the RV sustains substantial damage during the rental period a claim can be opened.
If the renter is involved in an accident with a third party, a claim must be opened regardless of the extent of the damages. In this case, the first thing the renter should do is call the police, notify the owner and document the damages. You can view this article for more information.
To start the claim process, the owner needs to log into their RVezy account via the app or the website and submit damage charges in the closeout. If the damage charges or the estimated value of the damages are greater than the security deposit, it will prompt the owner to open an insurance claim.
Once the owner provides all the necessary documentation, the resolution team will start processing the claim and will be in touch with the next steps.
