If the RV sustains substantial damage during the rental period a claim can be opened.
If the renter is involved in an accident with a third party, a claim must be opened regardless of the extent of the damages.
In the event an accident does occur, the first thing the renter should do is call the police, notify the owner and document the damages.
To start the claim process, the owner needs to log into their RVezy account via the App or the website and submit damage charges in the closeout. If the damage charges or the estimated value of the damages are greater than the security deposit, it will prompt the user to open an insurance claim.
Once the owner provides all the necessary documentation, the team will start processing the claim and someone from the claims team will be in touch with next steps.
