If an RV breaks down during a rental, the host should first try to get as much information about the breakdown from the guest and try to troubleshoot. The guest should confirm with the host before making any repairs to the RV.
If they are not able to fix the issue, the host will need to wait until the guest has brought the RV to a garage to hear back on the cause of the breakdown.
The host should stay in regular contact with the guest and the garage until the RV has been repaired.
Please note, as per section 4.4 of the Terms of Service, mechanical issues are the responsibility of the host unless it can be proven that the mechanical failure was caused by the guest.
