Although RVezy's roadside assistance is not mandatory, the guest is fully responsible for ensuring that your RV is moved to a safe location in the event of a breakdown, whether they have selected our roadside assistance or not.
For additional peace of mind, you can require your guests to have some kind of roadside assistance, whether it be from RVezy or another roadside provider.
If you are planning on making this a requirement for your guests, we would encourage you to include this in your RV listing's description and let all prospective guests know when they request to book your RV. Once a guest makes a payment, you can no longer enforce any terms not previously agreed to.
