Why am I not able to submit my driver application? Updated October 25, 2022 16:13 There can be various reasons why you are not able to submit your driver application for your upcoming booking. This article will offer some troubleshooting tips so you can try to resolve the issue you may be having. If you are having some difficulty submitting your driver application, you will be prevented from moving to the next step of the application until the issue is resolved. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the approved driver requirements before continuing. The first step of the application is to input your birth date. If you are less than 25 years old as per the birth year entered, you will not be allowed to proceed with your application - the Next button will be greyed out and you will not be able to click on it. On the second step of the application, you will be asked to answer a series of questions about your driving history. If you do not answer one of the questions and try to click Next, the question will be highlighted in red and you will need to answer it in order to proceed. At the next step, you'll be asked to confirm your answers to the questions answered in the previous step. After submitting your answers, the next step will ask you to take a picture of your driver's license. Click on Upload Photo and the back camera of your phone will automatically open so you can take a picture of your license. You may be asked to grant the software access to your phone camera - make sure to click Allow, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with your application. After taking the picture of your driver's license, you'll be asked to take a selfie. The front camera on your phone will automatically open and you'll simply need to follow the prompts on the screen to take your selfie.
