As soon as the renters submit a driver application they will be able to see whether it has been approved within a few moments. An email will also be sent in case the driver application is not approved.
If this is the case, you can get in touch with us by emailing us and we will check the status of the driver application.
The owner will also be able to see all approved drivers on a booking in the booking details page. If there isn’t any approved driver added to a booking before the booking start date, the owner will be notified by email, and will be advised not to release the RV until one has been added.
The rental will not be insured without an approved driver and the booking will be considered as a renter cancellation if a driver is not added by the date the trip should be starting.
