As an RV owner, you have the ability to send a custom quote to a renter after they've sent you a booking request.
The custom quote allows you to offer a discounted rental rate or a special offer for certain add-ons that are not already included in your pricing.
Accessibility
You are able to send a custom quote to a renter in the following three scenarios:
- The renter has sent you a booking request and you have not yet approved or declined it.
- The renter has sent you a booking request and you accepted it. The request is now waiting for the renter to pay and confirm the booking.
- The renter has sent you an enquiry by using the Ask Owner a Question feature on your listing. To turn this enquiry into a normal booking request, you can use the custom quote feature.
Sending a custom quote
The button to send a custom quote will be accessible on the left-hand side of the booking details.

After clicking on the Send Custom Quote button, a pop-up will appear where you will be able to customize your nightly rate, add-ons pricing, and add-ons selection.

You'll have to write a brief message to the renter, explaining what is included in the quote. Then, you can send the quote.
Next steps
After the quote is sent, the renter will receive it and will then be able to decide whether they want to pay and confirm the booking or decline the request.
If they decide to pay, the booking will be confirmed and your RV will be reserved for the trip dates.
