For ease of communication, especially once the guest is on their trip, hosts and guests can exchange phone numbers and email addresses. This information is accessible on the booking voucher provided for the trip once the guest has made their payment.
We still recommend communicating through the platform as this will ensure that a record of the communication is kept for future reference. This also ensures that all transactions are properly monitored for your protection.
Please note that as per section 10.5 of the Terms of Service, a host cannot redirect RVezy guests to another rental platform or to any other rental services.
