If there are any changes that need to be made to your trip, please do not cancel the booking, we recommend modifying your existing booking. When a booking is canceled, we are unable to reinstate it and there’s no guarantee that the RV will still be available to you. A change request must be submitted, through the booking page and it will allow you to select the new dates, review changes, and obtain your new invoice (details below).
If the modification is urgent, please give us a call to modify the booking.
Renters now have the ability to instantaneously update the following items from the booking details page by clicking on "Edit Booking">"Change", up to 24 hours before the trip start date:
- Number of Guests
- Add-ons (with the exception of delivery and airport pickup)
- Roadside Assistance
- Insurance Protection Level

For modifications related to adding/removing roadside assistance after the start of the trip:
- Roadside assistance cannot be removed from a booking once the trip start date is active.
- If you had opted out of roadside assistance and decide to add it back after your trip has started, please note that roadside can only be added starting 24 hours after your request.
This can be done either by calling us at 1-855-697 8399, or by emailing us.
For any modifications related to the booking dates, the renter can submit a date change request from the booking details page by clicking on "Edit Booking">"Change".
After the calendar opens up, the renter can select their new dates and click on "Review Changes" to check their new invoice total, then they will need to "Submit" the request.
Once this is done, the date change request will be received by one of our representatives who will confirm the request with the RV owner within 24 hours.
Note that date change requests can only be applied to the booking after a confirmation from the owner is received, and any applicable charges or refunds will be processed at that point.
