Make sure that the rental agreement is signed by both parties. If the rental agreement has not been completed, access will not be granted to the digital inspection form provided through the App. In the event the forms are not completed, any dispute or claims to arise from a booking may be denied.
The electronic inspection form will be available 24 hours before the start of the trip and should be filled out to document the state of the RV before it goes out. Documenting the condition of the RV is important, as it can be used to protect yourself in the event of a dispute or claim.
This inspection is mandatory and crucial at the return of the RV as well; any extra charges that might be added like mileage, propane usage, late fees, damages etc., as well as the submission of a claim or dispute at the end of the rental, will be based on the information provided.

Before the renter heads out, make sure to reconfirm all the information that was previously exchanged during your communication and to thoroughly go through the RV.
Both the renter and the owner should be 100% comfortable when the inspection is completed and the renters start their trip.
