As RVezy's insurance coverage and roadside assistance are both valid in Canada and in the US (except for restricted and prohibited areas), guests are generally allowed to cross this border in either direction.
Guests should share their itinerary with you to ensure you're aware of and comfortable with the locations where they will be bringing the RV. If they are planning on crossing the US-Canada border, they should also share that information with you.
In order to cross the border with your RV, the guest will need to print a copy of the booking voucher and their roadside assistance certificate (if applicable). You should also provide the guest with a copy of your RVezy insurance certificate (available in the Documents section of the booking) as well as the RV registration.
Please note that Mexico is a prohibited travel area. RVs are not allowed to cross the border into Mexico, and RVezy's insurance and roadside assistance coverage are both void if an RV travels to that area.
