During the booking process, some owners will add a cleaning fee that can be seen in the invoice details.
This fee is for the owner to do a thorough clean up of the interior and exterior as well as washing the linens after the RV is returned.
The owner is expected to provide the RV in a clean condition free of dust with no trace left from the previous renters.
The renter is as well expected to bring the RV back in the same condition as when he or she collected it (interior and exterior), and to ensure to remove all their belongings, trash bags, dirty dishes, mud etc.
Paying for a cleaning fee doesn’t mean that that the renter is allowed to leave the RV soiled above the standard level.
As part of the checklist, make sure to take all the necessary photos when collecting and returning the RV to document well the state of the RV to avoid disagreement in regards to additional charges.
