After filling out the checklist at the return of the RV, the owner will go ahead and closeout the booking on the website, and will be able to apply any additional charges, if applicable, at that stage.
Once the owner closes the booking on the website, the renter will be prompted to do the same and verify the closeout charges, if applicable.
After the renter closes the booking on the website, the security deposit will automatically be refunded (minus any closeout charges if applicable).
If the owner adds damage charges over the security deposit, they will be prompted to open an insurance claim, and the owner and the renter will be contacted for more details.
If the owner adds additional charges in the other sections like mileage, generator or other, that are higher than the security deposit, and these charges are approved by the renter when he or she closes out the booking, this amount will automatically be withdrawn from the renter’s credit card on file.
If the renter disagrees with any additional charge, he can during the closeout stage open a dispute to reach out to our resolution team.
