As part of the closeout process, the owner will be able to submit any additional charges, if applicable. This includes charges for damages that may have occurred during the renter's trip.
If the amount of the damage charges entered is more than the renter's security deposit and the owner has qualified to use RVezy's insurance, they will be prompted to submit an insurance claim.

If the amount of the other closeout charges (mileage, generator, and other) is more than the renter's security deposit, or if the amount of the damage charges is more than the renter's security deposit but the owner is not qualified to use RVezy's insurance, the renter will be able to either accept the charges and the additional amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
If the renter disagrees with any additional charges entered by the owner, they will be able to open a dispute rather than complete their closeout.
