Renters are liable for any damages to the windshields, tires and awning during the rental period.
It is the renters responsibility to check the condition of the tires during the RV inspection at pick-up.
Tire issues, including the cost of replacement tires, and any labor fees for replacing tires is the sole responsibility of the renter.
For the awning, during the RV inspection at pickup the renters need to ensure they are familiar with how to operate the awning as damages due to user error are the renter’s responsibility. Awning damages due to rain, wind or snow are the renter’s responsibility, so it is important to remember to retract the awning during these weather conditions.
For more information pertaining to renter liability please refer to section 4.2 of the Terms of Service.
