Guests are liable for any damages to windshields, tires, and awnings that may occur during the rental period. Awning and windshield damage may still be covered by RVezy's insurance if the amount of the repairs exceeds the guest's selected deductible.
As part of the departure inspection, the guest is responsible for checking the condition of the tires to ensure there are no pre-existing issues. Tire issues, including the cost of the replacement tire(s) and any labor fees associated with the replacement of the tire(s), are the sole responsibility of the guest.
As part of the departure inspection, the guest must also ensure they are familiar with how to operate the awning. Damages to the awning resulting from user error or weather conditions such as rain, wind, or snow are the guest's sole responsibility.
Please note that it is the responsibility of both the host and guest to provide the time and date stamped evidence of the departure and return condition of the RV in case these are requested during a dispute or insurance claim.
For more information pertaining to guest liability, please refer to section 4.2 of the Terms of Service.
