Guests are liable for any damages to windshields, tires, and awnings that may occur during the rental period.
As part of the departure inspection, the guest is responsible for checking the condition of the tires to ensure there are no pre-existing issues. Tire issues, including the cost of the replacement tire(s) and any labor fees associated with the replacement of the tire(s), are the sole responsibility of the guest.
As part of the departure inspection, the guest must also ensure they are familiar with how to operate the awning. Damages to the awning resulting from user error as the guest's sole responsibility. Damages to the awning resulting from weather conditions such as rain, wind, or snow are the guest's responsibility.
