If an RV is in a collision with private/public property, the renter will have to inform the owner, file a police report and exchange contact details (Driver licence, insurance details) with the property owner.
The renter will also need to take detailed photos of the collision and record the date, time and location of the collision.
Note that for 3rd party damages in the US, the renter might need to pay 2 deductibles; on for the RV damages and one for the 3rd party damages if the renter is at fault.
If the RV is still drivable, the renter can then continue the trip, and at the end of the booking, during the return of the RV, the owner must open a claim on the website.
If the RV is not drivable, the renter will need to have it towed to the nearest garage. At that point, the trip will be interrupted, and a claim must be opened on the website or app.
