When a renter opens a dispute, it means that they object to the additional charges submitted, are seeking reimbursement or were not satisfied with their rental experience.
When this occurs, someone from RVezy’s resolution team will be in contact with both parties and will request additional information or documentation.
As part of the checklist, make sure to take all the necessary photos when the RV is collected and returned to document well the state of the RV in order to avoid disagreement in regards to additional charges.
