When this occurs, someone from RVezy’s resolution team will contact both parties and request additional information or documentation.
Part of the checklist is to ensure that all the necessary photos are captured when the RV is collected and returned, documenting the RV state on both the interior and exterior. Completing this step will assist in any disagreement for post-booking additional charges.
