A guest may open a dispute on a booking for a variety of reasons. Usually, it will be because they are disagreeing with the fees requested by the host or because they are unsatisfied with their rental experience and are seeking reimbursement.
After the dispute is opened, a member of our support team will contact both the host and the guest to gather more information and documentation. They will then review the details of the dispute and come to a resolution based on the evidence provided.
