A dispute is opened when an agreement in relation to additional charges, damage charges, reimbursement etc. cannot be reached by the parties involved. When an agreement cannot be reached, a dispute must be opened on the website or the app and RVezy will make the final decision on the resolution after careful review of the case. Please note that RVezy’s resolutions are final and binding.
To open a dispute, the renter or owner will need to check the booking details page and click on the “Open Dispute” button. He or she will then add a description of the situation and submit.
Disputes may also be opened by the owner to extend the booking closeout, allowing him time to get estimates or quotes for damaged or missing items.
