A dispute is opened when an agreement concerning additional charges, damage charges, reimbursement, etc., cannot be reached by the parties involved. When an agreement cannot be reached, a dispute must be opened on the website or the app. Once a dispute has been opened, RVezy will carefully review the case and decide on the resolution.
Please note that RVezy’s resolutions are final and binding.
To open a dispute, the renter or owner will need to check the booking details page and click on the “Open Dispute” button once it is their turn to close out the booking. They will then add a description of the situation and submit it.
Part of the checklist is to ensure that all the necessary photos are captured when the RV is collected and returned, documenting the RV state on both the interior and exterior. Completing this step will assist in any disagreement for post-booking additional charges.
The owner may also open a dispute to extend the booking closeout timeline, allowing him time to get estimates or quotes for damaged or missing items.
