What documents should I provide in a dispute? Updated June 23, 2022 16:40 When a dispute is opened on a booking, RVezy's Trust & Safety team will require additional documentation to assist with the resolution process. This documentation can include the departure and return inspections, photos and videos, copies of text messages, receipts, estimates, etc. These documents should be provided to the agent assigned to your dispute, who will communicate with you by email. As soon as the required documents are received, our Trust & Safety team can begin the review process and work towards a resolution. Failure to provide sufficient documentation in a timely manner may result in RVezy making a final decision based on the evidence received. Please note that failure to complete and sign the rental agreement, as well as failure to complete the departure and return inspections, may result in your dispute being void.
