The rental agreement as well as the departure and return inspections are mandatory and must be completed for every rental. Failure to complete one or both of these steps may result in any dispute or claim arising from the rental being denied.
Rental agreement
RVezy's rental agreement is a mandatory contract to be completed that is intended to simplify the rental process by making the host and the guest's responsibilities as clear as possible.
This agreement must be signed and completed by both parties before the start of the trip. If it is not completed, the departure inspection will not be made available on the RVezy app.
Departure and return inspections
As part of the rental process, RVezy provides a digital inspection form that must be completed on the RVezy app at the start and end of the trip by both the host and the guest. This step is mandatory as per section 3.5 of our terms of service.
During the inspection, both parties will have to document the condition of the RV before and after the trip. If a dispute or insurance claim is opened on the booking, these inspections are then used as supporting evidence to assist the process.
Please note that it is the responsibility of both the host and guest to provide the time and date stamped evidence of the departure and return condition of the RV in case these are requested during a dispute or insurance claim.
