If something is damaged during the rental period, the first step is to contact the owner and notify them of the damage. Be sure to document the damage thoroughly by taking all the necessary photos and videos as these will be used during the closeout and/or the resolution process. Also hold-on to any receipts or billing invoices in relation to temporary repairs completed during the rental period (if applicable).
