What is the dispute process? Updated December 10, 2021 21:14 A dispute can be opened on a booking for a variety of reasons and by either the owner or the renter. A dispute is typically opened on a booking if the owner and the renter cannot resolve a disagreement over additional charges, damages, reimbursement, etc. At this stage, RVezy's resolution team will assist the two parties in resolving the disagreement. Once the dispute is opened by either party, a member of our resolution team will be assigned to the dispute and will contact both parties. Additional information or documentation will be required to assist in the resolution process.
