A dispute can only be opened on a booking when it is in the closeout stage. Once the closeout is completed by the host and the guest, it is no longer possible to open a dispute, as the guest's security deposit has been released.
Once these funds are no longer in our possession, a dispute cannot be opened. At this point, if there is still a disagreement between the host and the guest, it will need to be resolved between both parties outside of the platform.
