After you return the RV to the owner and complete the return checklist, the owner will close out the booking on the website or the app, and they may submit additional charges if incurred during the rental period, such as extra mileage or damages.
If you do not agree with the additional closing or damage charges or are seeking reimbursement, etc., you can open a dispute. To do so, you need to access the booking details page and click on the open dispute button. You can also access this page by clicking on the Dashboard card asking you to leave a review and complete the booking.
Be sure to provide a detailed explanation in the Dispute box and what you are seeking in return.
Part of the checklist is to ensure that all the necessary photos are captured when the RV is collected and returned, documenting the RV state on both the interior and exterior. Completing this step will assist in any disagreement for post-booking additional charges.
Once a dispute has been opened, a member of the resolution team will reach out to request information and all pertinent documentation that may assist in the resolution process.
Please note that RVezy will temporarily hold the security deposit and the owner’s second payout until a resolution is reached.
