In the event that a cancellation needs to occur, please make sure to read the cancellation policy and that you understand the cancellation dates and fees incurred.
Please be aware that the cancellation policy applied will depend on who (owner or renter) completed the cancellation action on the booking.
The cancellation policy applies differently if a booking is cancelled by an owner or a renter. Moreover, if a booking is cancelled it cannot be reinstated.
For example: If you are instructed by the owner to cancel the booking on their behalf, the renter cancellation policy will apply regardless on the initial intention. If this situation occurs, please do not cancel the booking and contact us or call us on 1-855-697 8399.
By cancelling a booking, automated transactions will occur, some of which are irreversible especially if funds are released to the RV owner.
When a booking is paid for, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place where you can get a full refund. Once 24 hours have passed, our cancellation fees will apply.
All cancellations initiated by an owner will be fully refunded to the renter, and in the case of a cancellation, you will be notified. RVezy can assist you finding a replacement RV if you need to.
Please note that once a refund has been processed it’ll take up to 3 to 4 business days to reflect in your account.
