You can improve your response rate by:
- Responding to new booking request messages within 24 hours
- Replying to new enquiries within 24 hours
- Replying to new InstantBook messages within 24 hours
Responding to a new message after 24 hours or letting a booking request expire after 48 hours will lower your response rate. Your response rate can also affect the position of your RV listing in the search results.
