Sometimes, guests might need to make changes to their confirmed booking (e.g. extending or shortening their trip, selecting or removing add-ons, etc.). To make these changes, they'll need to send you a booking change request.
Note: If you or a guest would like to make a change to a booking, please don't cancel the booking. When a booking is cancelled, our cancellation policy automatically takes effect and the cancellation cannot be reversed. This may also affect your standing as a host. Instead, send your guest these instructions so they can request their desired changes.
Receiving booking change requests
When a guest makes a request to change their booking, you'll be notified by email and you'll receive a notification in your RVezy account.
In your RVezy dashboard, you'll see a card prompting you to review the requested changes:

You can also access this request by going to the booking details page. A banner at the top of the page will prompt you to review the changes:

You'll also receive an automated message from the guest to notify you of their request:

Accepting or declining the request
To accept or decline the guest's changes, click on View request. You'll be able to review the requested changes as well as their impact on your payout for the booking.

If you'd like to accept their changes, simply click on Accept. The guest will be notified that you accepted their changes and the booking will be updated accordingly.

If you'd like to decline the changes, simply click on Decline. You'll need to provide a reason to the guest before confirming your decision.

After clicking on Decline & Send, the guest will be notified. The requested changes won't be applied and the booking will remain the same.
