The RV calendar allows you to easily manage the availability and pricing of your unit both on the RVezy website and mobile app.
You can easily update your availability and decide when you want to display your unit as ready to rent by clicking on the start and end date of the period you want to block off, clicking Update Calendar, and selecting Blocked.
You can also edit your pricing for specific dates to be lower or higher than your base nightly rate. This can come in handy for busy weekends such as Canada Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc. where you might want to raise your price, or for the off-season where you may want to lower it.
Again, select the date range during which you wish to adjust your pricing, click Update Calendar, and update your nightly fee for the selected range.
Keep in mind that if you modify your base nightly fee in your RV listing, it will not impact the custom pricing that was set in your calendar.
You also have the ability to toggle back and forth between a yearly view and a monthly view of your calendar on your desktop.
The yearly view will allow you to view multiple months at a glance, while the monthly view will allow you to see the details of your bookings, pricing, and availability for a specific month.
Dates and date ranges will appear in different colors in the RV calendar to indicate the status of that date.
- Dates that are blocked off will appear in yellow.
- The current date will appear in dark blue.
- Selected dates will appear in a lighter blue.
- Available dates will appear in white.
- Dates with a confirmed booking will appear in green.
By selecting dates that overlap with a confirmed booking, you will have the ability to click view a summary of the booking and access the booking details with a single click.
