How can I make changes to my booking?
If you need to make changes to your trip, please do not cancel your booking. When a booking is cancelled, our cancellation policy automatically takes effect and the cancellation cannot be reversed. This means that you may not be able to rebook this same RV.
If the change is urgent or you are unsure how to make changes, please contact us.
As a renter, you will have the ability to make some changes to your booking, even after you have paid and it has been confirmed.
Guests, Add-ons & Protections
The following changes can be made instantaneously:
- Number of guests
- Add-ons selection (except delivery and airport pickup)
- Roadside assistance selection
- Insurance protection level selection
To change these aspects of your booking, head to your booking details and click on Edit Booking.
Then, beside Guests, Add-ons & Protections, click Change. You'll then be able to make your desired changes.
After making your changes, click Review Changes. You'll be presented with a revised invoice for the price difference to confirm the change you're making.
Click Submit and your changes will take effect. If your change resulted in a refund or an additional charge, a receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
To change your trip dates, you will need to submit a date change request. Head to your booking details and click on Edit Booking.
Then, besides Dates, click Change. You'll then be able to make your desired changes.
A calendar will then appear where you will be able to select your new dates.
After doing so, click Review Changes. You'll be presented with a revised invoice for your trip. If your change results in an additional charge or a refund, this will also be visible. After confirming the change, click Submit.
After hitting Submit, your request will be sent to our customer support team. We will then contact the RV owner to get their approval for your new dates. If the owner approves, the change will be made. Any additional charge or refund will be processed based on your new dates and a receipt for this will be automatically sent by email. Your booking documents will also be updated to reflect your new trip dates.
