As a host on our platform, we want to help reduce risks associated with renting out your RV by offering you a way to guarantee your payouts in the unlikely event your RV is damaged during a rental on our platform.

By adding RVezy's payout guarantee to your reservations, you can rest assured that you will receive payouts for those reservations even if they need to be canceled due to damages rendering your RV unsafe to be driven or towed.

You can decide if you want to automatically guarantee* all your new booking requests' payouts, by simply going to the "edit listing" page then to the section “earn more”. If you choose to toggle On the payout guarantee it means that all of the reservations you receive after toggling it On will have the payout guarantee automatically added, that way you won't need to add the payout guarantee to each individual reservation. All the existing reservations in your account will not be affected by the latest toggle setting.



Alternatively, you can guarantee* your reservation’s payout from the time you approve the booking request up until the security deposit is collected from your guest (72 hours before the trip start date) for an additional 10% on the booking value.

*Payout guarantees are non-removable once added to a reservation.

To guarantee your payout, go to the booking details and find the "manage booking" section, then select "guarantee your payout". 

How can I tell if my payout is guaranteed?

To verify if you have guaranteed your payout on a certain reservation, go to your booking details and check the payout details. Guaranteed payouts will be identified with the additional shield logo located right next to your payout amount.

Moreover, if you open your payout details, you will also see a mention confirming that you have guaranteed your payout.

How the guaranteed payout works

In the unfortunate event that your RV becomes undrivable, non-towable, or unsafe to operate due to an accident that occurred during an RVezy rental, you will first need to open a claim to get started.
A dedicated customer success team member will then contact with you to revise your claim and assess the situation of your upcoming confirmed reservations.

If your claim is approved and you have upcoming reservations that meet the criteria to be eligible for a guaranteed payout, our team member will manage the cancellations and issue you your guaranteed payout*.
Make sure you do not cancel the reservations yourself. Please wait for the customer success team member to advise you on the next course of action.

*RVezy will compensate you for payouts up to $5,000 per claim, or a maximum of $10,000 per year.
