Do I need to create an account to use RVezy?
While you can browse the RVezy website and app without an account, certain actions require one. If you're an RV host wishing to list your RV for rent, you must create an account. As a guest, you can search for RVs in your area and view listings without signing up; however, to send a booking request or message an RV host, you'll need to create an account. For ease of use, consider downloading the RVezy app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching "RVezy".
Creating an RVezy Account
To create an RVezy account, visit rvezy.com and click on "Sign Up" at the top right of the webpage. If you're using the RVezy app, navigate to the Home page and select "Login/Register". It is recommended to sign up using your Gmail account to ensure you don’t miss any important emails. However, you can also sign up using Facebook, Google or Apple. If you're an RV owner interested in becoming a host, click on "List an RV".

Editing Your Account Information and Password
To modify your profile details, navigate to the Profile section of your RVezy account. On the left-hand side, you'll find options to change your account settings, notification preferences, and other features. In the Account Settings, you can update your name, phone number, language preference, and address. This section also allows you to change your RVezy account password. To update your profile photo, click on the pencil icon beside your existing photo and select a new image to upload from your files. Please note that all pictures larger than 1024 x 1024 pixels will be scaled down. If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, please contact RVezy support for assistance.
Resetting Your Password
If you're unable to log in to your RVezy account, you can reset your password by following these steps:
For accounts created with an email address: On the RVezy login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address on the subsequent page. After clicking "Reset Password," you should receive an email with instructions on how to proceed. Once you've reset your password, you'll regain access to your RVezy account.
For accounts created through Google, Facebook, or Apple: Since your RVezy account is linked to a third-party account, you cannot reset your password directly on RVezy. You'll need to access your third-party account (Google, Facebook, or Apple) and reset your password there to regain access to your RVezy account.
Deleting Your RVezy Account
If you decide to close your RVezy account, follow these steps using the RVezy mobile app:
1. Open the RVezy app and log in.
2. Tap the "More" tab at the bottom right corner.
3. Select "Account Settings".
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete your account".
Please note that account deletion is permanent, and you won't be able to retrieve any saved data or listings once it's deleted. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law. Upon tapping "Delete your account," you'll receive information about the deletion process and a link to the privacy policy. You'll also be asked to provide a reason for deleting your account, which helps RVezy improve its platform.
Certain conditions may prevent immediate account deletion, including:
- An upcoming confirmed booking.
- A trip that ended less than 45 days ago.
- An active insurance claim.
- An ongoing request for money or dispute. In such cases, you'll need to wait until the dispute or claim is resolved, and/or the booking is completed before proceeding with account deletion.
