The inspection completed by the owner and the renter upon the RV's return is not the last step of the rental process. After this inspection is completed and both parties part ways, the owner and the renter need to officially close the booking by completing the closeout process.
The process
The closeout process is where the owner will be able to add any extra charges, offer a refund to the renter, open an insurance claim if needed, or simply confirm that the rental went smoothly.
The renter will be able to review any charges added by the owner, open a dispute if they disagree with any charges or if they wish to seek a refund, or simply confirm that the rental went smoothly.
Both parties will also leave a review of each other and of their rental experience in a blind review process, meaning neither will be able to see the other's review until they have both completed it.
How it works
For owners
The owner is the first to complete the closeout process. On your RVezy dashboard, you will see a notification prompting you to complete this step.

Click on View Details and you will be brought to the booking details page. There will be a Review section at the top of the page:

This is where you will be able to add any applicable closeout charges. If you offer unlimited mileage and/or unlimited generator usage, these fields will not be included.
If you've entered any closeout charges, you will also be prompted to provide an explanation for the charges which will be presented to the renter.
Then, you can leave your review of the renter in the Review box and click Submit Review.
If you wish to provide a refund to the renter, click on the Open Dispute button on the left-hand side of the page and provide an explanation for the refund:

Damages
If any damages occurred during the renter's trip, you can enter the amount of the damages in the Damage charges field.
If the amount of the damages is more than the renter's security deposit and you have qualified to use RVezy's insurance, you will be prompted to open an insurance claim.

You can follow the steps outlined in this article to submit your insurance claim: How do I open an insurance claim on a booking?
For renters
Once the owner has completed their closeout, the renter will be prompted to do the same. A notification will appear in your RVezy Dashboard asking you to close your booking.

Click on View Details to be brought to the booking details page. From there, you will see the owner's report, where any closeout charges and their explanation will be provided.

If you do not agree with these charges and wish to dispute them, please do not submit your review and instead click on the Open Dispute on the left-hand side of the page.

If you agree with the charges, or if there are no closeout charges, you can simply proceed with writing your review of the owner in the Review box and click Submit Review.
As soon as the renter has completed their closeout, the booking will be considered fully completed and the renter's security deposit will be released.
