As a host, your response rate is measured by how quickly and consistently you respond to new booking requests and inquiries from guests. This will be made visible to guests when they are viewing your RV listing as well as in your profile.
Your response rate will be calculated based on the percentage of new booking requests and inquiries you responded to within a 24-hour period over the last 30 days.
To maintain a positive response rate, you should respond to new booking requests within 24 hours. You should also respond to new inquiries sent by guests using the Contact host feature (replying to the guest's message) within 24 hours.
If you have opted into the Instant Book feature you will also need to respond to confirmed bookings from Instant Book within 24 hours to maintain a positive response.
