The Instant Book feature prompts renters to pay for a booking directly when sending a booking request, and listings with this feature will have a lightning symbol on the result page.
The owner will only be able to see this request on their dashboard if it is already paid for.
What makes this feature unique is that the owner of the RV will have 24 hours from the time the renter pays for the booking to either accept the Instant Book reservation or to decline it with no penalty.
Once the payment is received, the RV owner will be notified and will then accept or decline the booking within 24 hours.
Owners are encouraged to communicate with the renters and learn more about their rental prior to accepting the booking. If the owner decides to decline the Instant Book request then the payment will be fully refunded to the renter.
If an owner fails to respond to an Instant Book request within 24 hours, it will be treated as an owner cancellation and the renter will be fully refunded. The owner will also lose the Instant Book feature on their account.
